Apparently at the University of Texas, they have an Alumni game every year for current and retired Major League baseball players to come back to Texas and play the current U of Texas team in an exibition game to prepare for spring training.
Coaching the Alumni Team this year was none other than the illustrious Roger Clemens. Quite surprising he is allowed to play considering the multiple performance enhancing drug law suits he’s been involved in over the past few years.
Regardless, there he was at Texas Longhorn stadium not only coaching the alumni team but, being it’s starting pitcher!!!! The old man didn’t do that poorly either (I guess they still give him testosterone at the nursing home). Clemens who will turn 50 this coming August is actually contimplating yet another return to the Major Leagues!!!
